“We just wanted to record our gratitude to your engineer Tom for his help and expertise yesterday.  The Boiler was re-pressurised and serviced….More importantly, in order to avoid any unnecessary draining/ sluicing of the radiators, Tom kindly offered to check them out (they were unbalanced and exhibiting hot and cold ‘spots’). After 10 or 15 mins he got all of the rads balanced and putting out a good, even temperature. We really appreciate the time he took to help with the central heating which was over and above the call of duty, so to speak… just wanted you to know how much we appreciated his efforts. Well done Tom!”

I would like to say a big thank you to you all there at Hereford Gas. You have all been very friendly and efficient from the start. The installation by Kevin and his helper Charlie was faultless. They were polite, friendly and have done an excellent job!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Kevin’s work is second to none, the finish is superb!! He even put a piece of skirting board that I had got each side of the fireplace for me that was missing. They really went the extra mile😊 They also cleaned up after, so didn’t even know they had been here by taking all the rubbish away too. Looks fabulous!

This week I had central heating put into my house, and I was dreading the upheaval and inconvenience, but it turned out there wasn't any!  I now have a very cosy house - with constant hot water, and I'm so pleased!!! 😁.The engineers were absolutely amazing - every day when I came home you wouldn't have thought anybody had been working in the house at all. Considering they had to lay masses of new gas pipes, take up the floors etc, it's incredible how neat and untouched everything looked - plus they were extremely nice, and I felt they really could be trusted in the house, which was wonderful. I was so impressed by their tidy, respectful and efficient work - thank you!
